Notes
  1. The name, date and description appears only in the tdlhs data base and is not yet confirmed by supporting evidence.
  2. The name, date and description appears only in the NRO index and is not yet confirmed by supporting evidence.
  3. The name is spelt differently in different records. Spellings include Bacchus, Backhous and Backhouse.
  4. Susan Barber was buried in 1806.
  5. There are two John Blaxley Wills. One was made in 1798, proved 1803, following the testators death in 1802. The other was made in 1838, and proved in 1847, and was the Will of the son of the first John. He died 1837.
  6. Brown Richard. A search has been made to confirm this entry from the tdlhs data base, but there is no recorded death near this date, nor has the name been found mentioned as a witness, executor or beneficiary. His wife, Catherine, died in 1796, but there seems to be no Will for her at the NRO.
  7. Byfield Mary. This entry is only in the tdlhs data base. Her name is mentioned in the will of Mary Barford, 1809.
