In the Name of God Amen I Martha Williamson of Yardley Gobion in the Parish of Potterspury in the County of Northampton Widow though labouring under some Indispositions of Body Yet being of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding through the Mercy of God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First and Principally I resign my Soul with the utmost humility in the Hands of Almighty God my Creator humbly hoping for a Blessed Immortality through the Merits and Mediation of my Blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and my Body I desire may be decently buried at the discretion of Executors in the Parish of Potterspury And as for such Temporal Estate as the Lord in his great Goodness and mercy hath instructed me to be Steward of I give and devise and dispose thereof as follows First I will that all my Debts and Funeral Charges be paid in Discharged by my Executors I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary all my Household Goods and Effects and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall be found but if she should die before she arrives one and twenty Years of Age I will that within Twelve Months after her decease my Executors to this my Will pay out of my said Personal Estate ten pounds to my Mother Hannah Winmill and five pounds apiece to my Brothers Richard Winmill and John Winmill and also five pounds apiece to my Sisters Anne Durrant, Mary Britain and Hannah Windmill Item I give and devise to James Williamson my late Husband’s Brother one shilling And I do hereby will and require that my Executors shall receive the Yearly Interest or Income of all my Personal Estate for Maintaining Educating and bringing up my said Daughter and I will that my Executors shall not be answerable the one for the other or for the Act Deed or Default of the other nor shall either of them be answerable for any part of my Personal Estate but such as shall come to his respective Hands And I do hereby require that my Executors shall by and out of my Personal Estate receive and satisfy themselves all such Costs and Charges as they shall be put unto in the Execution of this my Will And I do appoint my said Brother Richard Winmill and Robert Gracie of Hogson [Hoggeston?] in the County of Bucks Farmer to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament in Trust for my said Daughter And I do hereby revoke make void and disannul all former Will or Wills Testament or Testaments heretofore by me made and do appoint this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness when of I have here unto Set my Hand and Seal this Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord 1749

Seventh Day of Sept 1750 Richd Winmill one of the Executors named in the within written Will was then at the Petition of Sam Smith his Proctor Sworne faithfully to fulfil the same the Power being reserved for the other Executor when he shall Petition for the same and soforth
