In the name of god Amen I Richard Marlow of Yardley Gobion in the parish of Pottersspury in the County of Northampton Laborer being sicke and weake in body but of A parfect memory blessed be the Lord for it I doe make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme as followeth that is first I commend my soule into the handes of allmightie god trusting in the merritts of Jesus Christ for the Remisshon of all my sinnes And I give my worldly goods as followeth I give and bequeath my house and Land to my wife Elizabeth Marlow hur naturale Life and when shee deceases I give and bequeath my house and Land to my eldest sonne ffrancis marlow and that they are to paye three Core poundes out of the Astate to Richard Marlow and Thomas Marlow and An Marlow which was given heare by will at such times as are Specified in my will and I ffrancis Marlow is to paye to my mother Elizabeth Marlow Twentie poundes out of the Astate and if shee Chance to Marrie againe then the said Elizabeth Marlow shall have hir Twentie poundes and depart the howse and ground and Leave the Astate with me ffrancis Marlow to paye those porchons that are here given by will I give and bequeath to my sonne Richard Marlow three poundes and A nobule to make up sixteene poundes and A marke as his Ante gave him to make it up twentie poundes to be payd to Richard Marlow in the yeare of our Lord god 1674 in October the 6 I give and bequeath to my sonne Thomas marlow three poundes and A nobule to make up sixteene poundes and A Marke as his Ante gave him to make it up Twentie poundes to be paid when he shall Come to the age of one and twentie yeares I give and bequeath to my daughter An Marlow three poundes and A nobule to make up sixteene poundes and A Marke as hir Ante gave hir to make it up twentie poundes to be paid when she shall Come to the age of one and Twentie yeares or the daye of mariage which shall be first And I doe appoynt my wife and my sonne ffrancis to be Executors to this my Last Will And I give to them all my goods to paye my debts and Legasies And funerall discharged and to provide my sonne Thomas Marlow his Reparill for the time of his prentieshipe and I doe Appoynt John britten and Thomas hewes to be overseers of this my Last will and Testament and here unto I have enterchangeblie set my hand and seale the Tenth day of this instant November one thousand six hundred seventy one Richard Marlow sealed And delivered in the present of uss
