In the name of god Amen the thirtenth day of November In the yeare of our Lord 1709: I George Smith of yardley gobion in the County of Northampton Physitianes [Physician] being very sick and weake in body but of perfect mind and memory do make and ordaine this my Last will and testament that is to say first I give and commend my soule into the hands of god that gave it [and through] the merites of Jesus Christ to receve pardon and forgivenes for all my sins and for my body I recommend itt to the earth and as touching such worldly estate where with itt hath pleased god to bles mee in this Life I give and devise and dispose of ye same in the following maner and forme Item I give my daughter Ann Smith the sum of ten pounds of good and Lawfull monies to be paied att the age of Twenty on yeares

Item I give to my daughter Mary Smith the sum of ten pounds of good and Lawfull monies to be paied att the age of Twenty on yeares

Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Smith the sum of ten pounds of good and Lawfull monies to bee paied att the age of Twenty on yeares

Lastly I give to my well beloved wife Ann being Executor of this my Last will and testament my house and Lands for her life and afterwards to my my son George Smith for ever and I doe heareby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other forme or Testaments or wills confirming this to be my Last will and Testament in witness heare of I have hear unto set my hand and seale the day above writain
