In the name of God Amen I Giles Killworth of Yardley Gobion in the county of Northampton being of sound and perfect memory praised be God for it do make and ordain this my present last Will and Testament (and I do revoke all former Wills and Testaments formerly by me made) In manner and form following that is to say first and principally I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the merits and passion of our Lord Jesus Christ to have full remission of all my sins, and for my worldly goods which God has endued me with I give and bequeath as follows. I give and bequeath unto my son Giles Killworth all this my now present dwelling house to him and his heirs for ever with part of the yard reaching to the barn within one and twenty foot. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne Ward all that my barn now as it stands near to my dwelling house together with part of the yard reaching towards my now dwelling house one and twenty foot and about four feet below the well of water toward the dwelling house containing the said well of water within the said part of the yard And also I give and bequeath more unto my said daughter Anne Ward a little yard lying and being on the backside of the barn being towards the north west thereof to her and her heirs for ever but and if she shall die without heirs born of her own body that then the said barn and yards shall return unto my son Giles Killworth and to his heirs for ever All the residue of my goods and chattels whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne Ward whom I make sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
