In the Name of God Amen I Ann Holman Widow of Yardley Gobion in the County of Northampton being of Perfect Mind and Memory and Calling to Mind the uncertainty of Human Life Do Make this my Last Will and Testament First and Principally I Commit my Soul into the Hands of my Blessed Maker Trusting in his Mercies and in the Merits of my Dear Redeemer for the Remission of all my Sins my Body I commit to the Earth to be Decently Interred at the Discretion of my Executrix herein after Named As to my Temporal Estate I bequeath and Dispose of it in the Following Manner First I Give unto My Son John the sum of One Pound and One Shilling I Likewise Give unto My Daughter Ann Fillpott the Like Sum of One Pound and One Shilling I also Give unto My son Thomas the Sum of One Pound and One Shilling I likewise Give unto my Son Daniel the sum of One Pound and One Shilling And I also Give unto my Son William the Like Sum of One Pound and One Shilling of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be Paid to them at the Full End and Expiration of one year and one Day Next after My Decease Lastly I Give unto my Daughter Mary all that My House or Tenament Together with all Barns Gardens and Backsides whatsoever thereto Belonging and I also Give unto my Daughter Mary All my Household Goods and Chattles Whatsoever to me belonging to her Own Proper use and behoofe and I Do hereby Nominate and Appoint my said daughter Mary to be Whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament Written upon One sheet of Paper and Signed with my Hand and Seal this 25 Day of Aprill in the year of our Lord 1768 and in the Presence of John Hillyer Mary Brown and Hannah Sanders
