This is the last Will and Testament of me William Sanders of the Hamlet of Yardley Gobion in the County if Northampton Draper Grocer and Lace Merchant First I give and devise to my dear and loving Wife Jane Sanders All that my messuage or tenement and Water Mill with the Close Yard Garden and Out buildings thereunto belonging situate in the Parish of Potterspury in the County of Northampton and in the occupation of William Collins Also a Messuage or Tenement with the Garden and Appurtenances near the above in the occupation of Richard Scrivener Also a Messuage or Tenement with the Garden Orchard and Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the Hamlet of Yardley Gobion in the occupation of Thomas Nightingale And after the decease of my said Wife I give and devise the aforesaid Estates to my Son William Sanders his heirs or Assigns I also give and devise to my Son William Sanders All those three messages adjoining each other with the Yards gardens and appurtenances situate in the Hamlet of Yardley Gobion in the occupation of John Watts – Rockingham and Thomas Giles I also give and devise to my daughter Sarah Sanders fifty Pounds to be paid twelve calendar months after my decease and a further sum of two hundred Pounds to be paid twelve Calendar months after the decease of my said Wife in addition to the three hundred and fifty pounds left to me In Trust for my Daughter lent to Henry Weston on Mortgage I also give and devise to my daughter Harriet Sanders five hundred Pound to be paid when she come to the Age of twenty one years out of eleven hundred pounds lent to Ann Wilkins and Sons on Note the remaining six hundred to be divided equally between my son William Sanders and daughter Harriet Sanders after the decease of my said Wife I also give and devise my Stock in Trade household Furniture Linen Plate Books Debts and the Residue of my Personal Estate to my Wife Jane Sanders and my son William Sanders to be divided equally between them share and share alike And I hereby constitute and appoint my Wife Jane Sanders and Son William Sanders Executrix and executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two

On the sixth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty four William Sanders and Jane Sanders both of Yardley Gobion in the County of Northampton the Executor and Executrix named in the within written Will were then sworn well and faithfully to fulfil the same according to Law and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the within named deceased do not amount in Value to the sum of two thousand Pounds. And that the deceased died on the 19th day of September 1833.
