Know all Men by these Present That We William Wilkins Sanders of Yardley Gobion in the Parish of Potterspury in the County of Northampton Draper and Grocer, John Wise of Puxley in the parish of Passenham in the same County Farmer, and David Wilkinson of the town of Northampton Artist are held and firmly bound in The Right Reverend Father in God George by Devine Permission Lord Bishop of Peterborough, in the sum of nine hundred Pounds of Good and lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to the said Lord Bishop or his certain. Attorney Exectors. Adminstrators or Assigns for the true Payment whereof We bind ourselves and each of us by himself for the whole, and one and each of our Heirs Executors and every of them firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals Dated this twenty forth day of September in the fifteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Victoria by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c. and in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty one.

Whereas Harriet Sanders late of Yardley Gobion in the Parish of Potterspury aforesaid Spinster deceased, died intestate and a minor on or about the eighteenth day of September One thousand eight hundred and thirty eight. Where upon Letters of Administration of all and singular her goods, chattels and Credits were Committed and granted to Jane Sanders her lawful Mother and next of kin by and out of the Consistory Court of the Lord Bishop of Peterborough on the sixteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty two. And Whereas the said Jane Saunders departed this life on or about the twenty first day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty one without having fully administered the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased, leaving on the above bounden William Wilkins Sanders, her son, her surviving.

Now therefore the Condition of the above written Obligation is such that if the above bounden William Wilkins Sanders the only Brother and one of the next of kin of the said Harriet Sanders deceased, and the Administrator of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said Harriet Sanders deceased, now left remaining unadministered by the said Jane Sanders her said late Mother deceased as aforesaid, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels and credits of the said Harriet Sanders deceased, unadministrated as aforesaid which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said William Wilkins Sanders or into the hands and possession of any person or persons for him, and the same so maked do exhibit or cause to be exhibited with the Registry of the said Lord Bishop on or before the last day of December next ensuing and the same goods chattels and credits and all other the goods chattels and credits of the said Harriet Sanders deceased at the time of her death and now remaining unadministrated as aforesaid which at any time after shall come to hands or possession of the said William Wilkins Sanders or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for him do well and truly administer according to Law And further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of this said Administration on or before the last day of September 1852, Then this Obligation to be void or else to remain in full force and virtue.

On the twenty fourth day of September 1851 the within bounder William Wilkins Sanders was then sworn well and faithfully to administer the goods chattels and credits of the within named Harriet Sanders deceased, and now left remaining unadministered, according to Law And that the said goods chattels and credits, so now remaining unadministered as aforesaid, do not amount in value to the sum of Four hundred and fifty Pounds
