In the Names of God Amen this is the last Will and Testament of me Hugh Boswell of Yardley Gobion in the County of Northampton Baker Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Boswell the summe of three hundred pounds to be paid her when she shall attain to the age of one and Twenty Years and my Will and meaning is and I doe hereby direct that in case my said Daughter shall happen to depart this life before she shall attain to the age of one and Twenty Years that then and in such case the said Legacy of three hundred pounds so given and bequeathed to her as aforesaid shall cease and not be payable And my Will and meaning further is that the said summe of three hundred pounds so given and bequeathed to my said Daughter as aforesaid shall be paid out of my Messuage lands Tenements hereditaments and premises scituate lying and being in Yardley Gobion aforesaid Cosgrove and Potters Pury in the said County of Northampton and I doe hereby charge the same with the payments thereof in such manner as herein before is mentioned Item I give devise and bequeath all that my Messuage or Tenements scituate standing and being in Yardley Gobion aforesaid wherein I now inhabit and dwell and all houses outhouses Edifices buildings barnes stables Yards Orchards Gardens backsides and appurtenances thereunto belonging in any wise appertaining and also all those my several pieces and parcells of Arable land ley Meadow and pasture Ground lying and being dispersed in the open and common ffields of Yardley Gobion and Cosgrove aforesaid unto my son Hugh Boswell his heirs and assigns for ever chargeable with the payments of the summe of one hundred and ffifty pounds part of the said summe of three hundre pounds herein before given and bequeathed unto my said Daughter Mary as aforesaid Item I also give and bequeath unto my said son Hugh all and singular my utensils belonging to my Trade as a Baker Item I give devise and bequeath all those my severall pieces and parcels of Arable Land ley Meadow and pasture Ground lying and being dispersed in the open and common fields of Potters Pury aforesaid which I bought and Purchased to me and my heirs of and from William Kingston unto my son John Boswell his heirs and assigns for ever chargeable with the payment of the summe of one hundred and ffifty pounds being the remaining part of the said summe of three hundred pounds herein before given and bequeathed to my said Daughter Mary as aforesaid Item I give and bequeath unto my said son John Boswell all my stock of Corn Grain Hay Ploughs Carts Waggons and all other utensils of husbandry of what Nature or Kind so ever that be in my possession at the time [illeg reads as wen th.rty past] I also give and bequeath unto my said son John the summe of ffifty pounds now due to me from Richard Scrivener and several other persons upon note of hand Item I give and bequeath unto my Neece Sarah Sheet the summe of Twenty pounds to be paid her by my Executors hereinafter named with in twelve Months after my Decease and my Will and meaning is that in case my said Neece shall happen to depart this life before the Legacy so given and bequeathed to her as aforesaid shall become due and payable that then and in such case the same shall be equally divided between my said two sons Hugh and John share and share alike Item all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattells and personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever not herein before otherwise disposed of my Debts ffunerall charges and the Legacy of twenty pounds herein before given and bequeathed to my said Neece Sarah Sheet being first payd and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my said two sons Hugh Boswell and John Boswell to be Equally Divided between them share and share alike whom I make joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seale this tenth day of September in the Yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty four
