In the name of god Amen this Instant Saterdaie beinge the first daie of Aprill Anno Dm 1581 I John Buston thelder of yardlie Gubbyn in the Countie of Northampton husbandman beinge sicke in bodie but of perfect memorie thanks be to god for it Doe make this my Last Will and testament in manner and forme followinge ffirst I bequeath my soule to Almightie god and my bodie to be buried in the Churchyard of Potterspurie Itm I geve to Ellen Buston my daughter one heckforr and a brasse panne Itm to Jone Buston my daughter I geve a heckforr and a brasse panne Itm I geve to Anne Buston my daughter a calfe a brasse pott and a Cupbord The Rest of my goods movable and unmoveable unbequeathed my debts beinge paid I geve to Ellen Buston my Wiffe whome I make executrix of this my Last will and testament to execute performe and paie as above written These beinge witnesse Richard Browne Nicholas Church John Warrington with others
