In the Name of God Amen I Edward Hoar the Elder of Yardley goebin in the parrish of potterspury in the County of Northampton, Doe make this my Last will and Testament in manner and form following, first my Will is that my Depts and funeral charges shall be paid and Discharged I also give to my son Edward Hoar twenty shillings of good and Lawfull money of great Britain to be paid him by my Executrix hereafter named within two months after my Decease I also give unto my sister Abigale Hoar the Like sum of twenty shillings of Like Lawfull money of great Britain to be paid her in two months after my Decease by my Executrix also, I Doe hereby also Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ellizabeth Hoar my now Dwelling house scituate in yardly goebin aforesaid together with all its appurtenances and to her Heirs for Ever I Doe hereby also give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Ellizabeth Hoar all the Rest and Residue of my Estate Both Reall and personall whatsoever and wheresoever; and I doe hereby appoint my said Daughter Ellizabeth Hoar sole Executrix of this my Last Will and testament, and I Doe hereby Revoke Disanull and make void all former wills and testaments by me Heretofore made, In witness whereof I the said Edward Hoar to this my Last will and testament have set my Hand and seall this twelfth Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven
