In the name of God Amen I Edward Hoare the younger of yardly gubbin in the parrish of potterpary in the county of Northampton Laborrer Doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following and first my will is that my Daughter mary Browne shall have one shilling only she having already had her portion, and Doe Hereby Give unto my wife Ann Hoare my whole Estate which I purchased of Mr Gough and is my now Dwelling house with the appurtenances there to belonging for her Life In case she Remaine my Widdow and I doe hereby also allow her If she should happen to be afflicted by Illness so as to bring her into nesscetites circumstances to Cutt Down and fell any manner of Timber that is growing uooon the said premiseses for her Support Duering the saide time of her Widdowhood [and I] Doe hereby also give unto my Daughter Ellizabeth Hoare at the Death of my said wife the above said house and Homestall (with their and Every of their appurtainances and all Evedences writings and Deeds belonging to the said Estate which I purchased of Mr Gough) to her and her Heirs for Ever and also I give all my my personall Estate at the Death of my said wife unto my Daughter Ellizabeth Hoar but In case my wife should marry again then my Will is and I Doe hereby Direct all my Estate abovesaid both Reall and personall unto my said Daughter Ellizabeth Hoare and my Will is that then and in such Case she shall Immediately poscess and Injoy all Every part of it as though her Mother was dead and, and I Doe hereby make my wife sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty two

Probate On the Fifth Day of July 1763 Ann Hoare the sole Executrix named in the within written Will was then sworn well and faithfully to fullfill The same according to Law, and that the Effects do not amount to £20
