To bee Remembered the Will and Testament of John Roberts of Yardley Gobon in the parish of Potter pery in the Countie of Northampton Lab: beinge in good and parfit memory beinge spoken and delivered the 24th day of Aprill Last beinge sayd fryday in Ester weeke in the presence of those persons here after Named Richard Mawby saith that John Roberts said that his daughter should be Takin a way ffrom his sisters Smithes and put to John Millers and hir goods should be gathered to gether and then the said Richard Mauby did Take a note or particular of the said goods beinge the same particular that is now to be delivered Ann Harris widow saith that at the same time and place Richard John Roberts desires that the goods should be gathered to gether to hir House and Kept for the good of his Child Alsoe the wife of Cuthbert Tasell saith that at the same time and place John Roberts did desire his goods might be gathered to gether to Ann Harris hir house and Kepe for the good of his Child and that his Child Might be putt to John Millers brought up to worke that shee might not be Chargeable to the Town or to sum other place where shee might bee Brought up to worke ffor the truth of what is here written all the said parties here Mentioned will take thare Corperall oaths if Lawfully Caled thereunto any and have subscribed their Names
