John Winmill 1740

 

In the Name of God Amen I John Winmill of yardley goebin in the parrish of potterspery in the county of Northampton husbandman Doe make this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following and first my will is that my Daughter Ann Durrant be given one shilling Item I give unto her Husband Samuell Durrant one shilling to be paid them by my Executrix  hereafter named: Item I Doe give and Devise unto my Loving wife Hanah winmill all my Estate of Land Lying and being Disspersedly in the common feillds of yardly goebin in the parrish of potters perry in the county of Northampton with all their appurtinances to occupy poses and Inioy Let sett mortgage or sell as she thinks fit and I Doe allso give unto my wife all my household stufe and all my stock of cattle corn and hay and Implements of Husbandry with all other my goods and chattels whatsoever for her own use and at her Dispose with proviso she Does not Marry againe after my Decease: But and If my wife Hanah winmill Doe marry again I Doe Hereby Direct and then my Will is that my Estate both Reall and personall: Be Divided amongst mine own children as my wife Hanah Winmill thinks fit that she may doe more for one than an other according as they Deserve but the whole shall be Divided among my owne children Immediatly uppon her marriage and I Doe make my said wife sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seall this fifth Day of october in the year of our Lord 1730
