IMemorandum that upon the 14th day of ffebruary 1612 Nicholas Goodman of Yardley Gubbine in the Dioces of Peterborough made his last will and Testament in manner and forme following my will is (that whear as my son in Law Thomas Scott of Yardley Gubbine aforesaid is by obligation bound sufficiently to Till and sowe for me with Corne and pease sixe Acres of Land for me viz too Acres viz one acre with Corne and the other pease) every yeare for thease 3 yeares next ensuinge and that my son Richard Goodman shall have the benefit of the first yeare of the 2 acres and of lands to be sowen as aforesd the next yeares profits of the other 2 acres I give to Richard and Jerome Goodman to be equally devided betweene them And the profits of the third yeares Cropp I g of the other 2 acres I give unto Jerome Goodman paying out of the sayd Cropp to Kma’ pye of Stratford the Sum of xxl with Jerome I whom I make my sole executor Item I give to the Cathedrall Church of Peterborough 2d Item I give to Nicholas wodward my godson 4d Item I give to dorothie Bradshawe the daughter in Lawe of Jerome Goodman xijd The resedwe of my goods and Chattells unbequeathed I give to Jerome Goodman whom I appointe and ordaine my sole executor 19th June 1613
