In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Brown of Yardley Gooben in the County of Northampton Yeoman being sick and weak but of Perfect mind and memory God be praised for it do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament (that is to say) first I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my creator hoping through the merits of Jesus Christ to have forgiveness of all my sins &c Item I give and devise unto my Daughter Charlet Brown all my Household Goods belonging to me in the House, and all my Goods in the Husbandry way with all the Hay Corn Beans Grass together with all the Bills and Bonds of what nature so ever for her use

I Likewise Give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Ann Frankling a Moiety or half part of a House Situate in Yardley Gooben in Occupation of Daniel Brown when she arives at the Age of twenty one Years, and my Will is that her Mother Hannah Brown do have the said half House the time of her Daughters now age, and if the said Ann Franklin should die before she Attains the Age of twenty one then my Daughter to have the said Moiety or half House to her and her heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby nominate and appoint Mr. Tho: Horton my sole Executor in Trust of this my last Will and Testament and I do utterly disallow all former Wills by me heretofore made declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament in Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 4th day of July 1785
