In the Name of God amen This Thirteenth day of December in the Eighth yeare

Of the Reigne of our Lady Ann by the Grace of God of Great Brittain ffrance and Ireland Queen Defender of the ffaith etc annoq domini 1709 [I Henry] Tombs of Yardley Gubion in the Parish of Potters Pury and County of Northampton yeoman being weak in body But of  [sound mind] and Memory praised by God doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in Manner and form following first and principally I Give my soule into the hands of Allmighty God who Gave it me. And for my Body I Committ [to the earth to be] decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after Named And as for touching such worldly Estate wherewith [it has] pleased Allmighty God to bestow upon me after my decease and funnral Charges shalbe paid and discharged I Give and bequeath the same as followeth Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto my John Tombs all my house and premisses at More End in missing of Perry aforesaid  and all my Arrable Land leys and premisses Lying in the feelds and precinct of Potters Pury  and precinct aforesaid [to] John Tombs and his heires forever Item I Give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Tombs Sarah Woodward [Thirty pounds] of Currant English money payable out from my personable Estate in manner following (That is to say) Tenn pounds missing  lawfull money one yeare after my decease and soe Tenn pounds A yeare until the said Thirty pounds be paid  fu.. missing and devise unto my said daughter Sarah Woodward Rawsons house and premisses one yeare after my decease I Likewise Give [and bequeath] unto my said daughter Sarah That house and premisses in the occupation John Hiller when it shall become due Item I Gi[ve and bequ]eath unto my daughter Ann Tombs spinster Eighty pounds of Currant money of Great Brittain payable out ffrom my Estate Item missing Marriage day or one Mounth after Item I doe hereby Give and bequeath unto my son John Tombs all my Real and p[ersonal] missing unbequeathed Whom I doe hereby Nominate and appoynt sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament he p[aying] my loved wife Sarah Tombs ffive pounds yearly and Every yeare of like lawfull money of England payable out and from my personall Estate for and during her Naturall Life And I doe hereby Nominate and appoynt this my last will and [Testatment] missing ing and making voyd all former Wills by me heretofore made In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and [seal] missing and yeare first above written
