In the name of god Amen the twnty Sixt day of September anno domini 1722 I Thomas browne of Yeardly Gobion in the parish of poters pury in the County of northamton being ancient and Infirme of bodie but of Sound and perfect mind and memory blesed be almighty God ffor The Same Calling to mind the uncertainety of this Life and being minded to setell my worldly Afairs before I departe the same make and ordaine this my Last will and testament In manor and forme ffolowing (that is to say) ffirst and principaly I Commit and Comend my Soul Into the hands of almighty God my maker hoping that through the meritorious death and pasion of Jesus Christ my only Savior and Reedemer to Receive ffree pardon ffor ever of all my Sinns and as ffor my bodie to be buried in Christian burial at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter nominated and named and as to such worldly Goods wherewith it hath pleased god to blesse me with I Give and bequeth and devise as ffoloweth

Item I Give and divise unto my Loving Wife ann browne my two houses and my Land and all the Apurtenances belonging to the Same ffor and during hur naturall Life and after hur desese I Give and bequeth my two howeses and Land and all the Apurtinances belonging to the same to my two Sons and my two dathers that is William browne my Eldist son and Richard browne my youngest son an haris my Eldest dather and margaret Harold my youngest dather to be Equaly divided amongst them all ffore and they my Afoursaid sons and dathers to pay all my depts that is to ann harris my Eldist dather seven pounds of Good Lafull mony and to morgret Harold ffore Pounds of ye Like Lawfull mony all the Rest of my Goods and Chatells I Give and bequeth to my Loving Wife ann browne ffor Ever and make and Constitute hur ffull Executrix of this my Last will and Testament Revoaking all other wills and testaments whatsoever
