I Elizabeth Harris of Yardley Gobion within the parishe of Potterspurie in the Countie of Northampton Widdowe, Revokeinge all other wills, Doe make and ordayne this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme followinge First I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almightie god my creator, trustinge and assuredlye beleevinge that by the Merrite and passion of his deare sonne my onlye Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ I shalbe saved and be made partaker of his everlastinge Kingdome. And my bodie to be buried in the parishe Churchyard of Potterspurie aforesaid, neere to the place where my late husband was buried. Item my will is That all such debtes as I owe of right or conscience to any person or persons be well and truelye Contented and payd by my Executor hereafter named Item I geve to the Mother Church of Peterborough foure pence Item I geve and bequeath to my sonne William Harris, Matteresse, a blanket, and a paire of Sheetes and twentie Shillinges of Lawfull money of England To be payd unto him within Syxe monethes next after the probation of this my Last Will and Testament Item I geve and bequeath to my sonne Thomas Harris the some of Tenne poundes of good and Lawfull money of England To be payd unto him at uppon the first day of may next after the probation of this my last will and Testament. And moreover I geve and bequeath unto my sayd sonne Thomas, my late husbands best Cloake, and my bedsted beinge in the parlor a Matteresse, a bolster, iij blankets my Coverlet of Coulor blewe and Yellowe Two fustien Pillows, foure paier of Sheetes, one of my best bord Clothes, and a short bord cloth Two drawers for bolsters made of hempcloth, One third part of all my pewter, my great Kettle which is in the Loft and one Lyttle Kettle, a paire of pillowe beeres, Foure table Napkins, My greatest Coffer which is over the parlor, and a Lettan Candle sticke Item I geve and bequeath To my sonne Edward Harris the some of Tenne pounds of lawfull money of England To be Payd unto him at the end of One yeare and Syxe monthes next after the probation of this my last will and Testament. And moreover I geve and bequeath unto my sayd sonne Edward, my Bedsted with a Joyned head, beinge in the Chamber over the parlour. And alsoe a Matteresse, Three blanketes, my Coverlet of Coulor red and Whyte a paire of fustian pillowes, a bolster, foure paire of Sheetes one of my best bord Clothes, and a short bord Cloth Two drawers for bolsters made of hemp Cloth One third part of all my pewter my Kettell with an Iron bond a posnet, a paire of pillowebeeres, foure table Napkins The great Coffer beinge in the folkes lofte, and a Candlesticke of Lettan. Item I geve and bequeath to my daughter Anne, the nowe wife of John Browne the younger of yardlye aforesaid My feather bed and bolster, and all my Lynnen and wollen apparel, Item I geve and bequeath to my servante Marie Lynnell, a blanket a paire of Sheets, one of my Smockes, and Two of my lynnen appornes All the rest of my goodes and Chattells whatsoever not geven nor hereby bequeathed after my Debtes payd and my Legacies performed I wholly geve and bequeath unto my sonne John Harris whom I doe ordayne and make the sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament. And I doe desier Thomas Scotte, and Richard Scotte of Yardley aforesaid my lovinge Neighbours to be the overseers of this my last Will and Testament And I doe geve them for their paines xijd apiece And I doe here to utterlye revoke all other former wills and Testamentes heretofore by me made willed or bequeathed And in token that this is my last Will and Testament I the said Elizabeth Harris have hereunto put my hand and Seale the Day and Yeare first above written In the presence of theis whose names are hereunder written

Memorande that it is the testators meaneng that the smocke and ij apporns before bequeathed to marie Lynnell is to be taken out of the Lynnen apparel before geven to her daughter Anne Browne for soe war the wordes of the testator before the sealinge hereof
