In the name of god Amen, the ffowrth day of March in the yeare of our Lord god One thousand Syxe hundred and fourteen. I William Gardner of Yardley Gobion in the parishe of Potterpurie in the countie of Northampton Labourer, beinge syke in bodie, but whole of mynde, and in good and perfect memory beinge  whole mynde, and in good and perfect memory beinge Lawd and prayse be to god, doe make and ordaine this my present Testament, Conteyinge herein my Last Will Nuncupatyve, in manner and forme followeinge That is to saye. ffirst I commend my soule to almyghtie god my maker and redeemer etc. and my bodie to be buried in the Parishe Churchyard of Potterspurie. Item I bequeath to the mother Church of Peterborough four pence. Item  I geve and bequeath to my daughter Joan Tenne pounds of Lawfull money of England. To be payd unto the her when she shalbe of the age of One and Twentie yeares. Item I geve and bequeath to my daughter Katherine Tenne Pounds of lyke lawfull money of England to be payed unto her when she shalbe of the age of One and Twentie yeares. And my Will ys the foresayd Twentie poundes shalbe by my executrix hereunder named delivered unto Thomas Smyth alais Kent of the parishe of Potterspurie aforesayd gentleman and by him to be put forth to the best uses of my foresayd daughters until their sayd severall ages, uppon  good and sufficient securitie. And yf yt happen that either of my said daughters to deceasse before they accomplishe their said ages, Then I bequeath hir Legeacie soe deceassinge to the other of them then surviveinge to be delivered to her when she shall accomplish her sayd age of One and twentie yeares. by the sayd Thomas Kent his executors or administrators. All the rest of my good and Chattells moveable and unmoveable after my debts payd and my funeral expences discharged, I geve and bequeath to Joan my wife whome I ordayne and make the executrix of this my last will  nuncupative and I doe entreate the sayd Thomas Kent to be the overseer of this my Last Will and testament
