In the name of god amen I Dorothie Smith of yardly Gobion in the Countie of Northampton widdoe doe heare make my last will and testament being sicke in bodie but of perfect memorie thankes be to god ffirst I Give and bequeth my sole to all[mighty God] missing maker and my bodie to bee baried in the Churchyard of Pottersparie

I make my sone Robert Smith whole Executor of all my whole Estate he paying the legacies out which I Give

I Give and bequeth to my son henerie Smith two mares and a stoned Colt and two beast and a bolloke and all his Cattell keeping the winter and houssRome ffor him and his ffamilie for three yeares and two Piges and there keeping and I give him all the tillth land belonging to the house that my son William liveth in that I hold and hee is to have seede ffor to sow it allso [the] pease land and seede to sowe That land ffor the next yeare …d This I make my last will and Testament
