In the Name of God Amen The Thirtieth day of December 1686 According to the Computation of the Church of England I John Johnson the elder of Castlethropp In the County of Bucks Taylor being of perfect memory and Remembrance praised be God doe make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and fform following (Viz) ffirst I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God my maker hopeing that through the Meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my Only Saviour and Redeemer to Receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sinse and as for my Body to be Buryed in Christian Buryall at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter nominated Item I give unto my sonn John Johnson the Sume of Two Shillings and six pence: Item I give to my sonn Robert the Sume of Two Shillings and six pence: Item I give my Daughter Ann the Sume of Two Shillings and six pence: Item I give my Daughter ffrances the Sume of Two Shillings and Six pence: Item I give my Daughter Joane the Sume of one pound: Item all the Rest of my Goods and all Moveables Bills Bonds debts that is due unto me whatsoever. I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth after my Decease Upon Condition that She Shall pay all my Debts and Legacyes and I make her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Revoakeing all other Wills and Testaments There is due to me in my Sonns hands which I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth In Johns hand one pound in Rob: Hands Two pound Seventeen Shillings in Thomas Hodges Han: one pound the marke of John Johnson Sealed and delivered in the presence of The marke of William Rawlins: the marke of Elizabeth Nicholes: John Parratt
