Memorandum this eighteenth day of March in the 32 yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King defender of ye faith etc. and in the yeare of our Lord 1679 I Richard Mills of Castle Throp in the County and Archdeaconry of Bucks being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect memory praised be god for the same, doe make Constitute and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say

Imprimis I bequeath unto my sonne Thomas Milles my dwelling hous with all my out houses and the pickle that I bought of Richard Nickolls paying to my daughter Elizabeth Mills thirty pounds of good and Lawfull money within two yeares time after my decease, and it is my will if my daughter Elizabeth Milles shall have the bed Stead in ye parlour with all ye beding ther unto belonging and the table in parlour and the great Chest in Chamber and I doe give unto my sone Charles Milles the Joyne bed with a Coverlid and a blanket and that bedstead that stands in the Camber and a little Chest in parlour and I doe give unto My sonne Thomas Milles all my working tools in my Shop, and I Leave my hous as I bought of Thomas Palmer unto my sonn Thomas Milles to pay of my debts and I doe give unto my sonn Thomas Milles the three roodes of Meadow in Lot mead and I doe give unto my sonn Thomas Milles two Cows and I doe give unto my sonn Thomas Milles and daughter Elizabeth Milles all my other goods betwixt them to be equally divided and I doe make my sonne Thomas Milles sole Executor of this my will Testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seale the day and yeare above Written
