William Nasbey 1854

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Nasbey of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Lace Dealer ffirst I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied And I nominate constitute and appoint my dear Mother Ann Nasbey and my friend William Grimes of Castlethorpe aforesaid ffarmer joint Executors of this my Will I give and bequeath unto my Aunt Elizabeth Nasbey the legacy or sum of Six hundred pounds to be paid within twelve calendar months next after my decease And I give and bequeath unto the said William Grimes the legacy or sum of Ten pounds as a token of my cause of the trouble he may have in the execution of this my Will to be paid to or retained by him within six calendar months next after my decease And I give devise and bequeath all my monies securities for money household goods furniture and effects and All other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever And also all and every the Real Estate of or which I shall die seised or entitled whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy Unto and to the use of my said Mother Ann Nasbey her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively for her and their own use and benefit Subject nevertheless to and I do hereby expressly charge my Real Estate with the payment of the said legacy to my said Aunt in case my personal Estate shall be sufficient to pay the same And I give devise and bequeath all Estates which shall at the time of my deceased be vested in me upon trust or by way of mortgage whether in fee or for years or for any other estate or interest unto and to the use of my said Mother Ann Nasbey and the said William Grimes their heirs executors administers and assigns according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively Upon the trust and subject to the equity of redemption affecting the same respectively In Testimony whereof I havehereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day o August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty six William Nasbey signed sealed and published and declared by the said Testator William Nasbey as and for his last Will Testament in the presence of us presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses John Parrott Solr Stony Stratford Wm Hen[r]y Bell his Clerk

Proved at London the 15th ffeb 1854 by the oath of William Grimes one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer power reserved of making the like grant to Ann Nasbey Widow the Mother the other Executor whom shall apply for the same
