In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Nicholls of Castlethorp in the County of Bucks yeoman Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to Say I do give unto Elizabeth my Wife Six Acres of my Land to her and She Will Chuse it Either in the Parish of Castlethorpe or Hanslap in Order to pay my Just Debts and Legacies And the said Six Acres of Land I give unto the said Elizabeth my Wife and unto her Heirs and Assigns for ever And unto Each of my Brothers Eldest Sons the Sum of five Shillings all the Remaining part or Remainder of my Estate Lands Grass grounds Meadows Cottages Houses Yards Barns Stables and Whatsoever is to me Belonging Scituate Standing Lyeing and being in the parishes of Castle Thrup and Hanslap in the County aforesaid I give unto Elizabeth my Wife for and During the Term of her Naturall life And after her Decease I give all the Remainder of my Estate (Except the Six Acres of Land as before Excepted) unto Thomas the son of my Brother John Nicholls and unto his Heirs for ever All the Rest of my Goods and Chattells I give unto Elizabeth my wife and unto her Heirs for ever Making her Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament In Wittness whereof I have Set my Hand and Seal (According to the Computation of the Church of England) this Thirty first day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and thirty Thomas Nicholls Signed Sealed and Delivered in ye Presence of us Whose name are Under Written John Johnson Ann Johnson the mark of Mary Bignall
