Elizabeth Panter 1812

In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Panter of the parish of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Widow being of perfect mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament First I Give and bequeath the sum of Forty Pounds to my daughter Mary Nichols Likewise I Give and bequeath the like sum of Forty pounds to my son Richard Tyrrell Panter Also I Give and bequeath the like sum of Forty Pounds to my son Joseph Panter Also I Give and bequeath the like sum of Forty Pounds to my daughter Hannah Atterbury Also I Give and bequeath the like sum of Forty Pounds to my son Barnabas Panter All the Residue and Remainder of my Money Goods Chattels household furniture and what other property soever I may be possessed of at the time of my death I Give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Nichols whom I Constitute and appoint the Whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and six Elizabeth Panter Signed sealed published and declared by the within named Testator Elizabeth Panter to be her last Will and Testament in presence of us who subscribed our names in presence of the said Testator and of each other William Swannell William Singleton

Proved the 14th day of May 1812 before the Reverend Luke Heslop D.D. Archdeacon by the Oath of Mary Nichols the natural and Lawful daughter and sole Executrix to Whom Administration was Committed she being first sworn duly to Administer.
