Catherine Swannell 1806

In the name of God Amen I Catherine Swannell of the parish of Castlethorpe in the county of Buckingham being of perfect Mind and memory make this my last Will First I give and bequeath the sum of Eleven pounds ten shillings to my brother William Swannell all the residue & remainder of my money I give devise and bequeath in size Equal parts or shares one of the said size shares I give and bequeath to the children of my late sister Ann Tooth namely William Tooth John Tooth Mary Rainbow and Ann Rainbow to be equally divided amongst them share & share alike one other of the said six shares I give and bequeath to my brother William Swannell one other of the said six shares I give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth Pointer one other of the said six shares I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Swannell one other of the said six shares I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Nichols one other of the said six shares I give and bequeath to my Kinswoman Mary Naseby the above six equal parts or shares I give and bequeath to the persons aforesaid to them and their Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns respectively My Bed Bedding Household Goods Clothes and all other Effects whatsoever I give and bequeath to my cousin Mary Nichols but in case my brother William Swannell should die before me though I give and bequeath his one sixth share to be equally divided with the other five shares among the person therein before mentioned And I hereby constitute and appoint my aforesaid kinswoman Mary Naseby Executrix of this my last Will & Testament In witness where of I have hereunto set my Hand & seal this ninth day of August in the year our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six- Catherine Swannell
