1799House built on the Market Square. This is now the Post Office (90 Watling Street)
1804Published songs at the request of Admiral Lord Keith
1809Organised Jubilee celebrations at which 1200 people were fed in the Market Square(25th October)
1807Commenced drawings of County churches
1812Completed drawings of County churches
1813Article on Barton Seagrave published in the Gentleman's Magazine
1816Experimented with road making in the neighbourhood of Towcester
18171.Article on Brigstock published in May edition of the Gentleman's Magazine
 2. Wrote the song "of Triumph" to commemorate the battle of Waterloo
 3. Published portrait of Spencer Percival
1820Writes to Mr Sturges Bourne with details of his system for coping with poor relief.
1821Suggested his method of improving roads to Sir Henry Parnell on August 1st.
1824Twenty paragraphs of his writings appear in "Ambush"
1826Benefactor of Newton Longueville Church by presenting timber to erect a gallery and on one of he bells is inscribed "Recast by the munificence of Gilbert Flesher of Towcester. The noblest virtue is the public`s good".
1829Portrait drawn and engraved by John Mills. Dated 21st March
1831February : Fed upwards of 100 families with soup
1835He claimed to have distributed 800,000 loyal songs in his life
1836Sells part of Soap Office Closes, Towcester to the Guardians of Towcester union for the construction of the workhouse.
