Land situated on the north side of Brick Lane.
The said premises and all buildings thereover to be erected to be forever hereafter appointed and used for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring, manufacturing and other poor classes in the Parish of Grafton Regis and Alderton and for no other purpose.
May use or direct the premises to be used as a Sunday school.
Henry Linnell and Stephen Blunt (Farmer) they were to contribute 20/- per. year to the funds.
The master or mistress had to be a member of the Church of England.
The commit each year in January select and appoint a committee of not more than six ladies being members of the said church of England to assist them in the visitation and management of the girls and infants school.
