Description: Figures of a man and a woman, with inscription and two shields.

Inscription:

Hic jacet Agnes, Uxor Johannis Reynes, armigeri, filia Caroli Ingleton, que obiit 18 Die Augusti 1481, cujus anime p(ro)picietur Deus.

Interpreted:

Here lies Agnes, wife of John Reynes esquire, daughter of Charles Ingleton, who died 18 August 1481; may God have mercy on her soul.

Heraldry: I: Quarterly, i and iv, Argent, a chevron between three tuns sable, from the bunghole of each a flame issuing proper, INGLETON, ii and iii, Sable, two lions passant argent crowned or, DYMOKE.

II: Chequey, or and gules, a canton ermine, REYNES.

Notes: The inclusion of the Dymoke quartering implies that Charles Ingleton was the son of Robert Ingleton and his first wife Margaret Dymoke.
