1993-4 -Tower under conservation, repointing and rebuilding the parapet. Work was delayed due to mortar bees stinging the workmen. At the same time the roof was re-leaded. Also, the wind vane was repaired and the 'N' letter replaced because this had been blown away in the 1986 'Great Storm'.
