April 2nd – Behind the Wall, inside view of Wolverton Works Buildings, Past and Present – Phil Marsh
Wolverton Works used to cover over 80 acres and employed 5000 people when at it’s biggest enterprise at the outbreak of World War 1. Since then it has gradually shrunk to about 30 acres with many buildings long lost. Fortunately Roy Unwin, a volunteer at MK Museum took many images in the late 1980s before major demolitions took place. Phil continued that for the last 20 years or so and will attempt, in the time available, to show what buildings were hidden behind the Stratford Road wall with a look at those that have been demolished and those that are derelict. With a surprise or two thrown in!

May 7th – Display about the village to coincide with Festival Week – Details to be confirmed
June 4th – Lotions, Potions and Dubious Cures Grow your own!! – Susan Copperwheat
A talk spanning ancient and modern times.
