New Buildings Farm c.1962
From the Hesketh Estate sale catalogue. Lord Hesketh had purchased farms from the Watts family in the 1930s. Edward Watts is believed to have had New Farm built in the middle of the 19th century. The Watts family had purchased the land from Lord Howe in the 1770s.
