Know all Men by theses Presents that We Ann Horton of Yardley Gobion in the County of Northampton Widow Richard Howes and Thomas Howes both of the Town of Northampton in the said County Gentlemen are held and firmly bound unto the Right Reverend Father in God Herbert by Devine Permission Lord Bishop of Peterborough in two hundred Pounds

The Condition of this Obligation is such That if the above bounden Ann Horton the natural and lawful next of kin and Mother Administratix of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of Alice Horton late of Yardley Gobion aforesaid Spinster intestate
