In the Name of God Amen

I Mary Browne of Yardley Gubben in the Parish of Potters Pury in the County of Northampton Widow being of Sound Mind Memory Blessed be God for the Same, do make this my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following

First I commend my Soul into the Hands of my Dear Redeemer hoping trusting and depending upon his Righteousness Merits and Blood alone for Pardon and Salvation, My Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix herein after named. And as to the Worldly Substance with which a kind Providence has been pleased to bless me I dispose of as followeth

Imprimis

I give unto my dearly beloved Daughter Mary Browne and to her Heires for ever All my Half Part and Shares of those Seven Acres and One Rood of Arable Land and Sweard Ground lying disposedly in the three common Fields of Bow Brickhill in the County of Bucks, which Seven Acres and One Rood aforesaid were devised by my Great-Aunt Elizabeth Whitton of Bow Brickhill aforesaid to my late Father Edward Hoare for and during the Term of his Natural Life and then after his Decease to his Children Share and Shares alike, As Reference being had to the Will aforesaid will plainly appear.

Item

All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever they may be found I give unto my Dearly beloved Daughter Mary Browne aforesaid whom I do hereby constitute ordain and appoint Whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking All Other Will by me heretofore made

I do hereby appoint the Reverend Mr. John Haywood of Potters-Pury aforesaid. Trustee to my beloved Daughter Mary Browne aforesaid

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eleventh Day of May in the fourth Year of the Reign of his sacred Majesty George the Third of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. And in the Year of Christ One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Tow

Sealed Signed declared and published to be the last Will and Testament of the within named Mary Browne Widow in the Presence of us who subscribed our names at the Request in the Presence of the said Mary Browne and in the Presence of each other

Probate On the 4th June 1778 Mary Brown the sole Executrix named in the within Written Will was then at the Petition of Smith her Proctor sworn faithfully to fulfil the same and so forth
