In The Name of God Amen I William Paine Tayler of yardly goebion in the Parrish of potterspury in the County of Northampton Doe make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following in the first place my will is that all my Legall Depts and funeall charges be paid and fully Discharged by my Executrix hereafter named and in the next place I Doe herby give Devise and Bequath unto my Loving wife and her Heirs for Ever all my Household goods and Furniture. Depts Dues and demands and all other my goods and Chattles and all my Estate whatsoever both Reall and personall whatsoever it be and I Doe hereby also Nominat costitue and appoint my aforesaid Loving wife sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament

signed sealed published and Declared to be the Last Will and Testament of William paine in our presence and signed by us in the prescence of the said Testater this twety fifth Day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand and seven hundred and fivety three Hugh Bosewell, John Warr the younger, John Warr the Elder

30th Day of June 1753

Eliz. Pain the sole Executrix named in the within written Will was then at the Petition of Smith her Proctor Sworne faithfully to fulfill the same &c. And that the Deceased at the time of his Death was not possessed of a Personal Estate to the sum of twenty Pounds
