In the Name of god Amen I Ann Smith als Caves of Yardley Geobeon in the parish of potterspery in the County of Northampton Widdow beinge sick and weake in Bodie but of good and parfitt memory prasyed be god for it doe this Tenth day of March in the year of our Lord 1676 make my last will and testament in manner and forme ffollowinge first I Commend my soule in to the handes of Almighty god my Creator who gave it me beseechinge him for Christ Jesus sake to pardon all my sinnes in the hour of death and at the day of Judgement good lord deliver me for thy deer son and my Saviour Christ sake and for my worldly goods I give and bequeith as ffoloweth Imprimis I give unto my Eldest daughter Ann Smith alias Caves the sum of Tenn pounds to be paid hir by my Executor hearafter Named when shee shall be Maried or at the Age of one and twenty years which shall first Happen I give unto my said daughter Ann a Brase porridge pot I give to my daughters Ann and Isabel Smith alias Caves my Joyne Bedstead with feather Bed and boulster and pillows and Blankets and Curtings and Valenes to be Equally devided between them both I give and bequeath unto my daughter Isabell Smith alias Caves the sume of Tenn pounds to be paid hir at the Age of one and Twenty yeares old or day of Mariage which shall first Happen

I give and bequeath unto my sonn Thomas Smith alias Caves the sum of Twenty shillings to be paid him at the Age of one and Twenty yeares old and it is my will and minde that my said Two daughters Ann and Isabel be and Continue with my son Robert Smith alias Caves Untill they shall be of Age and I desire my said son to be kinde and loving to his said Sisters and allowing them meat drinke and loding until they Come of Age they doeing what they are able to work thair Mantanence I give and bequeith the joyne Bedsted in the parlow to my sonn Thomas Smith alias Caves

All The Rest and Residue of my whole Estate both goods and Chattles not here Above given and bequeithed I give and bequeith unto my Eldest sonn Robert Smith alias Caves whom I make and nominate and Appoynt my full and sole Executor of this my last will my debts legasies and ffunerall Charges beinge by him first satisfied in wittnes wherof I have sett my Hand and seal

I make my Brother William Scrivener and my Husbands Brother John Smith alias Caves to be overseeres of this my last will and Testament
