John Warrington of Yeardley gubbion made this Testamente and laste said the day of Januarie Anno Dim 1592 in manner and forme followinge viz: Imprimis to Agnes his wife the Bedd that she lyeth in with the ffurniture ij paire of sheetes A browne Cow beinge the lesser, a hawked cowe ij ewes and twoe theyves ij brasse pottes one kettle ij pewter platters the best candlesticke, one greate Tubb a kynuell a Coffer iiij hennes and a cocke a goose and one new table cloath Itm to William Warrington his sonne five horses and mares of the best with the Cartes and carte geares Ploughes and harrowes and all that belongeth to them with all the hovells as they stande with a Cow and a Bullocke ij ewes and two theyves with the Cupbard as it standeth in the hall with the table and the penn ij bedsteedes in the lofte a steepe fatt a boultinge vesslls twoe kneadinge kymnells and the best table cloath Itm to Nicholas Warrington his sonn one old redd Cowe one sheepe one parie of sheets and one olde shood Carte after that harvest is inded next after the Date herof.
