IIn the name of god Amen the ninteen day of October in the Twenty on yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord king Charles the Second: I Robert Smyth alis Caves of yardley gobion in the County of Northampton yeoman being sicke in body but of good and perfect memory thankes be given to God for ye same doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in maner and forme following ffirst and princeplely I bequeth my Soule to almighty god my Creator and my body to ye earth ffrom whence it came to be buryed in such decant and Christan maner as to my executor hereafter named Shalbe though fit utterly revoking and making ffrustrat and utterly void all and every other former will or willes whatsoever by me formerly made Item I first give and bequeath to my sone Robert Smyth alis Caves all my ffree land when hee shall comto ye age of Twenty on yere if he live soelong I guive and bequeth to my daughter Ann Smyth alis Caves thirty pounds to be payed by my executor when shee Cometh to Twenty and five yeares of age if shee live soelong I give and bequeth to my daughter Isabell Smyth alis Caves Thirty pounds to bepay when shee is Twenty and five yeres of age if shee live soe long I give to my sone Thomas Smyth alis Caves on shilling to be payed to him if he shall live to ye age of Twenty on yeres: lastly all the rest of my goods and Chattells movable and unmoveable my debtes and leguesies being payd and ffunerall beinge discharged I give and bequieth to my loving wife Ann Smyth alis Caves whom I make and ordaine full executar of this my last will and Testament in wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yere above written
