Have this is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Nibbs for of Bradwell in the County of Bucks  widow I give and devise unto my dear Sons James Burnham Nibbs George Brand Nibbs and Samuel Henry had Nibbs all and singular my Freehold Copyhold or Customary messuages cottages lands tenements and Hereditaments and parts and shares of mess you are issues cottages lands tenements and Hereditaments and all and every my real Estate whatsoever situate and being in the several parishes of Winslow Grandborough and Swanbourne in the said county of bucks or elsewhere save and except the hereditaments herein after devise to my dear daughter grace Hall Nibbs with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging To hold the same and every part there of except as aforesaid unto and to the use of my said sons James Burnham Nibbs George Brand Nibbs and Samuel Henry Nibbs their heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants And as to my part share or interest of and in the messuage or tenement at Winslow in the County of Bucks late in the occupation of Mrs. Burnham and the two Cottages or Tenements adjoining with their respective appurtenances and all my monies securities for money household Goods Plate linen china and other Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my debts and Funeral and Testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath the same and every part there of unto and to the use of my said daughter Grace Hall Nibbs her Heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively And I nominate constitute and appoint my Nephew William James Baily of Shenley House in the County of Bucks Esquire and my friends The Reverend John Athawes of Loughton in the same County Clerk Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six Ann Nibb Signed sealed Published and declared by the said Ann Nibbs the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses Tho Wilkinson of Bradwell Wm Wilkinson John Parrott Junr Clerk to Mr E. A. Worley Stony Stratford
