This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Parish of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Widow which I make in the following manner (that is to say) I give and devise unto my Nephew Thomas Smith of Walton in the County of Bucks Labourer All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances situate and being in Bradwell aforesaid devise to be by the Will of my late Husband Thomas Parish deceased and now in the several occupations of myself and William Walters To hold the same unto my said Nephew Thomas Smith and his Assigns for and during the term of his natural life upon condition that he actually occupy and reside therein himself and keep the same in good and tenable repair and not sell or otherwise dispose of his life Interest therein to any other person or persons whomsoever and from or in immediately after the decease of my said Nephew Thomas Smith or his failing to reside and occupy the said Messuage himself or to take the same in good and tenable repair or in case he sells or otherwise disposes of his life Interest therein I give and devise the same Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances unto his Son Richard Smith and his Assigns for and during the term of his natural life upon his attaining the age of twenty one years with the Rents and Profits thereof in the meantime but under and subject to such and the same Conditions and restrictions as are herein expressed With respect to his Father and from and immediately after the decease of the said Richard Smith or his failing to reside in and occupy the said Messuage himself or to keep it in good and tenable repair as aforesaid I give and devise the same unto and amongst all and every the Child and Children of the Body of the said Richard Smith which shall be living at the time of his decease equally (if more than one) share and share alike upon their attaining the Age of twenty one years and to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and if but one such Child shall be living at his decease then to such one Child upon its attaining the said Age of twenty one years and his or her Heirs and Assigns for ever together with the Rents Issues and Profits thereof from the time their Father shall forfeit the said Messuage by any of the ways or means aforesaid and if there shall happen to be no such Child of the said Richard Smith or being any the same shall all die under the said Age of twenty one years then I give and devise the said Messuage with the Appurtenances unto my Niece Elizabeth the wife of William Sibthorpe and Mary the Wife of Thomas Lucas under their respective Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants And all my Goods Chattels Monies Securities for money and Personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever (subject to the payment of my Debts and Funeral Expences I give and bequeath unto my said two Nieces Elizabeth Sibthorpe and Mary Lucas and do hereby appoint the said William Sibthorpe full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and revoke hereby all former Wills by me made and In Witness whereof I the said and the Parrish the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seven.
