In the name of god amen I Arthur Longvyle of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Esquyer being wholle of bodye and of good and perfecte remembrance (thanks be to god) For the most Convenient and advancement aswell of Judithe nowe my Wife during her lyfe as of the yssues of our bodyes yssuing after my decease when soever if it shall please god to call me to his mercie Doe make my Last will and testament of all my mannors Landes Tenements and hereditament scituate and being in the towne parishe and feildes of Bradwell in the County of Bucks in manner and forme following First I Will and bequeathe to the said Judithe nowe my wife twoe partes of the mannor of Bradwell with the appurtenances in three partes to be devided untill the heire or heires of the Bodye of me the said Arthur shall come to his or theire full age of one and twenty yeares if the said Judithe so Longe Live And after the saide heire or heires of the Bodye of me the said Arthur shall come to his or theire full age Then I will the said Judithe to have but the moitye or halfe parte of all the said Mannor of Bradwell with the appurtenances during her lyfe Also I give and bequeathe the other moitye or halfe parte of the said Mannor of Bradwell after the said full age of my said heire of one and twenty yeares unto my Executors named in this my will for terme of seaven yeares But if the saide Judith happen to decease and dye before or after my said heire or heires being within age or of full age Then I will twoe partes of the saide premisses to be to my Executors after my Decease during the nonage of my saide heire, and then after the full age of my saide heire all the premisses to my saide Executors for the residue of the terme of seaven yeares next ensewing the full age of my saide heire or heires to be imployed and bestowed by my saide Executors in manner and forme following that is to saye That they my saide Executors shall with the yssues and proffitts rising and growing of the premisses herebefore to them bequeathed paye and Discharge all my Debts and Legacies by this my present will or by any other my Last will and testament to any my Children nowe being or whiche hereafter shalbe or to any of theire Uses bequeathed viz That my saide executors shall imploye the third parte of the issues and proffittes of all the Mannors Landes and Tenementes in Bradwell whiche to them Doe belonge by theis presents after the full age of my saide heire to the use of my saide heire Item of the Redidue of the proffittes of the saide Terme I will and bequeathe to every of my other Children not before preferred the somes herein after expresses that is to saye To every of my younger sonnes Fifty pounds apeece And to my Daughter Elizabeth twoe hundred pounds And to every of my other Daughters one hundred marks apeece The saide somes to be paide and delivered to them at the age of twenty and four yeares of the Women Kinde and one and twenty of the men Kind or at the severall Dayes of my saide Childrens mariages or ages aforesaide whiche shall first happen And in the meane time my saide Children to be kepte with the residue of the proffittes of the saide twoe partes And those Legacies performed the Residue of the proffittes during the saide terme to be to my heire then Living Provided allwaye that if my saide younger Children to Whome any some of money is hereinbefore bequeathed happen to Dye before theire said age or marriage So as theire portion shall not be to him or her Decreasing delivered that his or her portion so Decreasing shalbe to my saide heire Provided allwaye and the full intent and meaning of this my Last will and testament is that if my saide heire whiche shalbe after my Decease shall and Will within twoe moneths next after his full age of one and twenty yeares enter into sufficient bond to my saide executors of this my will with twoe sufficient sureties for the fine payment and performance of all and singulor the Legacies herein before bequeathed to my saide younger Children to be paide at the Dayes and times and in manner and forme above expressed That then my full minde and intent is that my saide heire shall uppon suche bond and surety putt in have to his owne proper use and behoofe all and singuler the premisses before by these presentes given to my saide Executors during the saide terme any thing in this my Will conteyned to the Contrary notwithstanding And after all and every the saide termes and estates ended Then I the saide Arthur Longvile Doe give and bequeathe all and singuler the premises unto Thomas Longvile my sonne and heire apparant and to the heires males of his body Lawfully begotten And for defaulte of suche yssue to the heires of the Bodye of me the said Arthur Lawfully begotten And for defaulte of suche yssue I give and bequeathe the saide Mannor of Bradwell with the appurtenances unto Francis Haydon sister of me the saide Arthur and of the heires males of the Bodye of the saide Francis Lawfully begotten And for defaulte of such yssue I give and bequeath the same to Richard Ruthall and to the heires males of his bodye Lawfully begotten And for defaulte of suche yssue to the use of me the saide Arthur and my heires for ever Item I make Judith my wife Arthur Longvile and George Longvile my sonnes executors of this my Last will and testament praying them to take the paynes to see the same truly and surerely executed according to the meaning hereof and the Charges of the Executors in execution thereof to be by them Levyed of the proffittes of my Landes to them devised giving them for theire paynes I give and nequeathe unto Judithe my wife the twoe hundred poundes that is in my Brother Gaskens handes By me Arthur Longvile I give and bequeath unto Judith my Wyfe the aholle mansion Howse and all the Roomes and edifices above the Longe parlor Item I doe give and bequeath to Judithe my Wife all my goodes moveable and unmoveable Arthur Longvile

Further That I Arthur Longevile doe give and bequeath to Judithe my Wyfe in this my Last will the some of three hundred poundes whiche dothe as yet remaine in the handes of my Brother Gaskin In wittness hereof I have sett my hande and seale I will and bequeath to every one of my Children Five poundes a yeare to theire remembrance maintenance Untill suche time as theire stockes be paide any suche Childe that is not well used in howse. That they or theire overseers doe my lyke also Arthur Longvile Arthur Mobes his hand Henden Lyne his marke
