In the Name of God Amen I Edward January of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Victualler being weak in Body but of a sound and disposing Mind and understanding do  make and ordain this my Will and Testament in Mannor and Form following First my Will and Mind is that my body be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named Item I give devise and bequeath to my Daughter Mary January of Loughton in the said County of Bucks Spinster and her Heirs for ever All that my Messuage Cottage or Tenement with the Garden Orchard and Appurtenances there unto belonging scituate lyeing and being in Bradwell in the said County of Bucks being the House Garden and Orchard wherein I do now live Item I give devise and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary January and her Heirs for ever All that Cottage Messuage or Tenement with all and every its Appurtenances now in the Tenure or Occupation of one John Brown and scituate lyeing and being in Bradwell aforesaid Item I give devise and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary January all other my Estate both Reall and Personall be they of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever my lawful Debts and Funerall Expences being first paid and satisfied And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Daughter Mary January sole Executrix of this my Will revoking and disannulling all and all Manner of Wills by me any tine here to fore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal in the presence of three subscribing Witnesses who have in my presence and at my Request Witnessed the same this seventh day of August in the Sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty two. Edward January Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testator above named to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have witnessed the same John Goodday John Loyd Richd.
