In the name of God Amen on the Three and Twentyeth day of Aprill One thousand Six hundred and Fiftye I Francie Newman of Bradwell in the County of Bucks widowe weake in body but of Sound Memory praysed bee god therefore doe make and Ordayne this to bee my last Will and Testament in Manner  as heerafter followeth First I Commend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Maker hopinge assuredly to bee saved through Faith in the bitter passion and holy name of Jesus Christ my gracious Saviour and Redeemer And I appoint my body to bee buryed in the Churchyard of Bradwell aforesaid in hope and doubted of a joyful Resurrection unto life eternall as touchinge my worldly Goods where we as the Lord of his goodnes have endowed mee I dispose of them in this Sort Item Gyve unto John Newman my eldest Sonne Twelve pence of Currant English money Item I Gyve and bequeath unto Thomas Newman my Sonne and Dorothy Newman my Daughter whom I make my whole and Sole Executors All the rest of my Goods and Chattells Houshold stuffe and Utensills of Houshold stuffe And all movable Goods whiche my husband left unto mee by his last will and Testament whatsoever unto the said Thomas and Dorothy In Witnesse whereof I have heerunto sett my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written Frances Newman her marke: Thomas Hart his marke Joseph Lake
