In the Name of God Amen I Jeremiah Bramley of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Gentleman being in perfect health and of Sound and Disposing Mind Memory and Understanding but considering the Uncertainty of this Transitory life Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) As to all such Worldly Estate and Effects which the Almighty hath pleased to bestow on me I Give Devise and bequeath the same as herein after mentioned First I Will and Direct that all my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the Expences attending this my Will Shall be in the first place paid and satisfied out of my Personal Estate Item I Give and bequeath unto my two daughters Marth Bramley and Martha Bramley the Sum of Five Hundred pounds a piece of lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to them respectively for within Six Months next after my Decease or da of Marriage And as to all my Real Estate Situate in Bradwell in the County of Bucks or Elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain And all the Rest Residue of my Personal that Estate whatsoever and of what Nature or Kind soever of which I Shall be any wise Seized of Interested in or Intitled unto at the time of my Decease I Give Devise and bequeath the same in manner following (that is to say) As to all the Rents Issues Dividends Interest Profits and Produce of my said Real and Personal Estate I Give and bequeath the same unto my Dear and loving Wife Mary Bramley for her Sole and Separate and Particular Use and Benefit for and during the Term of her Natural Life and from and Imediately after her Decease I Give Devise and bequeath all my said Real Estates unto my said three Daughters Elizabeth Bilton the Wife of my Son in Law Joseph Bilton the said Martha Bramley and Mary Bramley Equally as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever And as to all the Rest and Residue of the Principal Interest and Dividends and Produce of my said Personal Estate I Give and bequeath the same unto and amongst my said three daughters Eliza Bilton Martha Bramley and Mary Bramley Equally to be Divided between them Share and Share alike as soon as conveniently may be after my Wifes decease And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint to my said Dear Wife and Son in Law Joseph Bilton Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making Void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made And Do Declare this to be and as and for my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of Paper set my hand and Seal this Third day of March In the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty nine, Jeremiah Bramley Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testator Jeremiah Bramley to be and as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have at his request and in his presence and in the Presence of each other Subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto Robt Manlove Tho Mussendine Clark to Mr Manlove Edwd Sibly Ser to Mr Manlove
