John Fuller 1675

In the name of God Amen the seaven and twentieth daie of August in the yeare of our Lord according to the English Accompt One thousand six hundre fiftie and six I John Fuller of Bradwell in the County of Buckingham gentl bfeing of good and perfect memory praysed be God therefore; Considering the uncertainty of this liefe doe make and ordeyne this my last will and testament in manner and forme followeing ; First I bequeath my Soule unto Allmighty God in whom I stedfastly beleive and through the death and passion of his sonne our Saviour Jesus Christ am surely perswaded after this naturall liefe ended to enherith liefe everlasting , and my body to be buried in a decent manner according to the discretion of my Overseers, hereafter named Item I give to my daughter Ursula Whaley wife of Anthony Whaley twelve pence; Item I give to my daughter Suzan Adams wife of John Adams twelve pence; Item I give to every one of my Godchildren twelve pence a peece Item I give to the poore of Bradwell Twenty shillinges All which said somes my will is shalbe paid within one month after my decease, Item I give to my daughter Agnes Rookes the wife of Christopher  Rookes the somme of Fower Score and twelve pounds of lawfull English money to be paid into the hand of my Said Overseers for the use of the said Agnes Uppon the first daie November which shalbe in the yeare of our Lord One thousand six hundred three score and two if she be then liveing, out of a bond of Two hundred pounds wherein my sonne Roger Fuller standeth bound unto me with condition for the payment of one hundred pounds Item I give unto my sonne John Fuller one Pightell with the appurternances in Bradwell aforesaid, which I late purchased of one Thomas Miller To hold to him and his heires for ever Provided allways that if my said sonne John Fuller shall at any tyme after my decease be minded to sell the said Pightell then my minde and will is that my said sonne Roger Fuller shall have the same Pightell to him and his heires for ever Paying therefore to my sonne John Fuller the somme of Eighteene pounds of lawfull English money Item I give to my said sonne Riger Fuller all my stocke of catle graine wood and all materialls about the yard belonging to husbandry; and all the rest of my goods and chatles not herein bequeathed my debts and Legacies being paid and my funerall expences discharged, I doe give and bequeath unto my said sonne John Fuller whome I doe make and ordeyne sole Executor of this my last will and testament, And I doe hereby nominate and make my sonne in lawe John Adams and my sonne in lawe Anthony Whaley overseers of this my will, desireing them to see the Same executed and performed according to my true intent and meaning therein mentioned And I give to either of them for their paynes twelve pence; And also I doe hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written, John Fuller: Signed Sealed published and declared in the presence of John Chapman
