This is the last Will and Testament of me John Scrivener of Stantonbury in the County of Bucks Yeoman which I make and publish in manner following that is to say First I will order and direct that all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid by my Executors here in after named Next I give and devise unto Joseph Kitelee of Castle Thorpe in the said county of Bucks Gentleman Thomas Tarry of Paulerspury in the County of Northampton Yeoman and Thomas Tarry the younger of Lathbury in the said County of Bucks Yeoman their heirs and assigns all and every my Messuages Cottages or Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold the same with the Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Kitelee Thomas Tarry and Thomas Tarry the Younger their heirs and Assigns for ever upon the trusts nevertheless and to pay two and for the uses ends intents and purposes herein after mentioned expressed and declared that is to say upon trust that they my said Trustees Joseph Kitelee Thomas Tarry and Thomas Tarry the Younger and the Survivor of them his heirs or Assigns shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by one or more Sale or Sales by Public Auction or Private contract as they shall think fit absolutely sell and dispose of all my said real Estate and after deducting the expences attending such Sale do or shall pay apply and dispose of the monies to arise and be made therefrom in the same manner as the Surplus Profits of my Farm at Stantonburry aforesaid and the residue of my Personal Estate is herein after directed to be paid applied and disposed of Also I give and bequeath unto my said Trustees  the said Joseph Kitelee Thomas Tarry and Thomas Tarry the younger their Executors Administrators and Assigns all and every my household Goods and Effects growing Crops Stock horses Sheep and other Cattle Implements of Husbandry and Farming Stock of all sorts which shall be in and about my dwelling house Outhouses Barns Stables Yards Farm and Premises at Stantonbury aforesaid at the time of my decease upon trust that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors Administrators and Assigns do and shall permit my Wife for Alice if she continues a Widow And my S Son Thomas to have the use and occupation and enjoyment of my household furniture Stock and effects until my said son Thomas shall attain the age of twenty seven years And I do request my said Trustees to superintend order and direct the management and cultivation of my said Farm  And the disposal of the produce thereof from time to time and to carry on the business thereof until my said son Thomas shall attain his age of twenty seven years And two and shall pay and apply so much or such part of such produce and profit as their he my said trustees in their discretion shall think proper unto and for the payment education and bringing up of my four maintenance of my said Wife (if she continues a widow) and my said Son Thomas and for the maintenance education and bringing up of my four other Children and do and shall pay apply and dispose of the Surplus of the Annual Income and profits of my said a Farm after providing for my said Wife and Children if any in such and the same manner as the money arising from the Sale of my real Estates and the residue of my Personal Estate is herein after directed to be paid applied and disposed of and when my said Son Thomas attain his said age of twenty seven years upon trust that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors Administrators or Assigns two and shall with all convenient speed procure a valuation and Appraisement to be made by two sufficient Persons of all my said Household furniture Goods Chattels and effects Farming Stock and Crops Horses sheep and other Cattle and Implements of Husbandry which shall be then in and about my said dwellinghouse Farm and Premises at Stantonbury aforesaid and permit and suffer my said Son Thomas to have and take to his own use such part and parts thereof as he shall think proper paying unto my said Trustees the Price at which the same shall have been Appraised and valued as aforesaid for the purpose of enabling him thence forth to continue and carry on the business of the said Farm on his own Account and for his own benefit and do and shall sell and dispose of the remainder of such furniture Stock Crops Horses Sheep Cattle and other things which shall not be taken by my said Son Thomas in such manner as they shall think fit and by and out of the monies to arise and be made therefrom two and shall pay or allow unto my said Son Thomas the legacy or Sum of two thousand pounds which I had do hereby give and bequeath to him and two and shall pay or allow unto my said Son Thomas apply and dispose of the residue of such last mentioned monies in such and the same manner as the monies to be raised an made from the residue of my Personal Estate is herein after directed to be paid Applied and disposed of And I do give and bequeath unto my said Trustees their Executors Administrators and Assigns all and every my monies and Securities for money debts and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever nothereinbefore disposed of which shall be possessed interested in or any wise intitled to at the time of my decease upon trust that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease collect and call in all debts and sums of money which shall be a owing to me from any Person or Persons whomsoever and convert into money all the residue of my said Personal Estate Chattels and Effects whatsoever place out and invest the monies which shall arise and be produced therefrom and from the sale of my said Real Estate and Annual savings or surplus Profits of my said Farm (if any) on real or Government Securities which securities it shall and may be lawful to and for my said Trustees Executors or Administrators to alter and transpose at direction And I do hereby order and direct that the dividends Interest and Proceeds of all such Securities and funds as shall be made an shall from time to time Accumulate shall be laid out on such Securities or Funds as before mentioned until my said Son Thomas shall attain his age of twenty seven years when and as soon as my said Son Thomas shall have attained his age of twenty seven years I do will and order direct and declare that my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors  Administrators and Assigns shall stand and be possessed of interested in the Stocks funds and Securities trust monies and Personal Estate after payment of the said legacy or Sum of two thousand pounds herein before given and bequeathed to my said Son Thomas upon trust as to set apart and continue at Interest so much thereof as shall be sufficient to secure and pay unto my said Wife for Alice if she shall continue a Widow the clear Annuity or yearly Sum of one hundred pounds which I had to order and direct shall be paid to her by my said Trustees by two equal half yearly payments that is to say on this sixth day of April and the tenth day of October in each year then the first payment to be made on such of the said days as shall happen after my said Son Thomas shall attain the said age and two and shall pay or share and divide the residue of such monies unto amongst them between my four Children Mary John Ann and William or search of them as shall be then living in equal Proportions or share and share alike when and as they shall respectively attain the age of twenty five years
