I John Wilmin of Bradwell being sick in Bodie but in perfect memory doe make my Last Will and Testament as in forme following: First I bequeath my soule to Altmightie God and my bodie to be buried in the Churchyard. Item I make my eldest sonne John and my wife Alce whole Executors of all my goodes and Chattles whatsoever. I give to my daughter Frances Fortie pounde. Twentie to be payd two yeares after my decease. The other Twentie pound to remaine in my sonne John hand tell Frances hath need of it herselfe Item I bequeath to my sonne Henry Tewntie shillings and to his Two Children Five pounds a peece: Moreover I give to my eldest sonne John All my Free Land with the appertnances  thereunto belonging and my Tenement which the Widdow Blackburne Liveth in; Except the Land that I purchased of Thomas Kilpin which Land I have given to my youngest sonne Henry. July the Thirtie First One Thousand Six Hundred Fiftie seaven. I ordeine Thomas Wilmin and Roger Fuller to be Overseers of my will. John Wilmin his marffke: Roger Fuller. Thomas Wilmin.
