This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Surridge of Bradwell in the County of Buckingham Publican who being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish the same in manner following (that is to say) First I will and order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied and I give and devise all and every my freehold messuages tenements lands hereditaments and premises situate and Bradwell aforesaid or else wherewith in the Kingdom of Great Britain and all other the freehold copyhold and leasehold hereditaments and premises of which I may die seized or possessed unto my dear wife Mary to hold to her are my said wife her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely for ever and I give and bequeath all and singular my household goods and furniture monies securities for money stock in trade debts and other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever or wheresoever or of what nature or kind the same may be unto my said wife to and for her own use and benefit And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills and Testamentary instruments heretofore by me made and declaring this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Joseph Surridge the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty The Mark and X Seal of Joseph Surridge Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Joseph Surridge as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as Witnesses E. A. Worley Chas Austin his Clerk Thomas Middleton Servant to Mr Worley
