This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Forfitt of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Widow which I make and I ordain in manner am form following (that is to say) First I will and direct that all my legal Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be fully paid and discharged next I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Susanna Forfitt of Stony Stratford in the county of Bucks Widow her Executors Administrators and Assigns All the Estate Term and Interest of and in the Messuage or Tenement or Inn with the Appurtenances situate and standing and being in Stony Stratford aforesaid called or known by the name of the Cock Inn and now in the occupation of the said Susanna Forfitt to which I am in any wise intitled under and by virtue of a certain Lease from John Williams and Michael Penn and others Also I give and bequeath unto the said Susanna Forfitt the Legacy or Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid her within six months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto William Sanders the elder of Banbury in the County of Oxford Carpenter and Joiner the Legacy or Sum of Ten pounds of like lawful money to be paid him within six months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Bradbury Wife of Thomas Bradbury of Bradwell aforesaid Clerk her Executors and Administrators All and singular my monies whatsoever which now are or hereafter shall be invested and placed out at Interest in any public or parliamentary said Stock or Fund whatsoever to be disposed of by the said Mary Bradbury as she shall think proper Also I give and devise unto my Granddaughter Mary Hurst Wife of Charles Hurst of Towcester in the County of Northampton Carrier All and singular the Messuages Cottages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of which I am seized or have any power to dispose of in possession reversion or remainder or expectancy To hold the same unto the said Mary Hurst for and during the joint natural lives of the term of the said Mary Hurst and my Daughter the said Mary Bradbury and in case the said Mary Hurst shall happen to depart this life in the lifetime of the said Mary Bradbury without leaving any issue of her body lawfully begotten Then I give and devise all my said real Estate unto the said Mary Bradbury and her heirs But if the said Mary Hurst shall happen to die in the lifetime of the said Mary Bradbury and leave any issue of her body lawfully begotten or shall survive the said Mary Bradbury  Then I give and devise all my said real Estate unto the said Mary Hurst and her heirs and all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Monies Securities for money Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto the said Mary Bradbury her Executors and Administrators And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Mary Bradbury Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and so revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mary Forfitt the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety two Mary Forfitt Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Mary Forfitt that Esther Ricks as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have attested the same in the presence of each other Thos Daniel James Walker Elizabeth Whitmay and
